By the end of this program, you will: 

  • Learn how to perform rock and funk with stylistic accuracy and nuances
  • Get comfortable placing fills of varying length into your grooves
  • Explore rock and funk-style drum solos

What Will You Learn?

  • You will be able to perform rock and funk drums using advanced techniques and with a deeper understanding of the genres.
  • You will perform two songs – one rock song and one funk song highlighting what you learned in class.
